Ranch Style Home — Vinyl Windows — Appleton, Wisconsin

Mark Winter Homes has a long standing tradition of creating beautiful homes within northeastern Wisconsin and the recent home they completed in the Appleton, Wisconsin, area is no exception.

A new construction build that features windows from Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin, it is a gorgeous three bedroom home with three and a half baths and 3,143 total square feet (First Floor: 2,630 square feet; Lower Level: 513 square feet).

Utilizing the Malibu ranch style design, it has an open concept feel with a spacious kitchen that flows into a large sunroom and dining area, which is not to be outdone by its spacious great room and well-sized bedrooms (as seen below by the master bedroom suite).

A combination of vinyl single-hung windows, vinyl special-shape windows and sliding vinyl windows were installed throughout the home. Windows of different sizes and shapes were utilized to fit the Malibu ranch style design, including a few custom-shaped windows. The color white was chosen for the interior and exterior of the windows, along with a cross-pattern grille, to create a clean, sophisticated look that definitely impresses.

Located in the Starview Heights Subdivision, this home by Mark Winter Homes also has many other unique elements to it in addition to the Pella® products that were used. They include a back door drop zone, kitchen pantry, a media room, a large front entryway, a first floor laundry, an oversized garage and a huge outdoor space. The master bedroom suite also has a spa-like feel with an attached large bathroom and walk-in closet.

Mark Winter Homes has more than 30 years of home building experience and is located in Appleton, Wisconsin. They have an in-house design center, which allows their customers to make all of their interior and exterior home choices in one stop.
