I visited the Pella showroom and was interested in a patio door and some windows. Mary Anderson was very engaging, helpful and attentive. She showed me several options, based on what I told her I was looking for and gave me things to think about. I set up an appointment. Joe Franco is my sales consultant. He was awesome! He was very thorough and asked a number of questions to make sure I will get the patio door and windows that I have waited so long for. We've had our Pella patio door for about a year and we couldn't be happier. We're so impressed with the whole process from the initial appointment through install, even customer service that we've decided to order some windows. Tim M, our salesman is fantastic to work with, and we recommend him to anyone looking to purchase new windows or doors.
We had a sliding patio door replaced by Pella and the experience was wonderful. All options were explained thoroughly and we did not feel pushed or rushed to make any decision. Our sales consultant, Joe Franco, was one of the main reason that we decided to move forward with Pella. Installation was great and professional. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are now starting work on a second project with Pella!
Wonderful experience start to finish. Blaine walked us through all of our options for a replacement window, financing, finishes and explained how the installation would go. He stopped during each phase talked with the contractors and made sure to answer all of our questions. We purchased two windows and are extremely happy! Wouldn’t mind replacing other windows eventually. When the time comes we will be calling Blaine he was wonderful to work with!
Update after install - Installation went very smooth. Install crew arrived and went right to work. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Sales was done by Joe Franco who was also courteous and knowledgeable about the product. All-in-all it was a good experience.
GREEN BAY
Ryan was great! He was on time, thorough, very knowledgeable and friendly! He explained everything and answered all our questions. Even though it went over time, he never pushed us or rushed us through the process. We would highly recommend Ryan!
We loved our experience with Pella. Our salesperson, Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the process and John and his installation crew did a great job on installation day. The style and quality of the windows is a big upgrade on what we had, my wife and I love them!
On time, great information, easy to work with. Windows in....totally awesome! John and crew were super nice, friendly and cleaned after themselves. Ryan rocks Sales.

Great appointment, Ryan was very thorough and went through all options. We were very comfortable choosing Pella after the first appointment. Installation wound up getting scheduled for about 5-6 weeks later than was estimated, which is a bummer. I know sometimes delays are unavoidable. But the installation was smooth as can be! It took the crew about a day and a half to install 7 large, second-story windows. The lead installer let us know that one of the grills in one of the windows was crooked, so they would have to send someone back out to fix that since the...

Nicole Williams at Madison Pella went out of her way to help us understand our many choices in window styles and features. When we were about to order from a different window company, we recognizes differences - based on our general design help from Nicole. It wasn’t hard to decide to go back to Pella! The new windows look much, much larger, because their trim is several inches thinner. And the locking and control features are great! ALSO, Nicole and one of Pella’s master carpenters work through some design challenges with an old Bay window.
Love the pella windows and how they walked us through everything. We live on a hillside, get lots of wind so we need good quality windows. We have that with the Pella product finally! We’ve had different window products and I’ve never been happy with them until the Pella windows got installed. Thanks for such great communication and service!
Nicole was fantastic. Really knowledgeable about Pella products and took the time to show us the benefits and differences from competitors. She was very professional, kind and listened to our needs and concerns and built a proposal that fit us perfectly. Her communication was superb. I always knew where the project was at and she was very responsive. Highly recommend Nicole and Pella. Both are hands down the best in the business.
Nicole Williams was great at helping me pick out windows. I especially appreciated that she didn't have an aggressive sales approach and was much more interested in just helping me find solutions. Will definitely contact again for future projects.
Sales consultant Nicole came over to provide an estimate for an older Pella window that wasn’t closing properly. Nicole was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a homeowner with a house full of Pella windows, I would recommend you call Pella of Wisconsin and Nicole should you need a replacement window or new windows for a remodeling project!
