BROOKFIELD
We had a great experience working with Eric Wandler from Pella. From the start, he was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely listened to our questions and concerns. He took the time to explain options clearly, answered everything thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Even as we ultimately decided to go in a different direction with our project, Eric remained professional, kind, and communicative throughout the process. He was truly delightful to work with, and we really appreciated his approach. Highly recommend connecting with Eric if you’re exploring window options.
I made the decision to choose Pella a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Bill Glisch did a fantastic job on the sales side. His product knowledge, transparency, communication, and genuine personality were a delight to work with. Installation was also excellent. I have not had a better contractor experience than this one. Pella is not for the budget shopper, but for anyone truly looking to make an investment in your home with a company who provides a fantastic product and experience, they are hands down the best choice in the Milwaukee Metro.
We had some windows replaced and worked with Joe Franco at Pella. We had a great experience. From the initial consultation to the installation completion and follow up. Joe was knowledgeable, attentive and easy to reach. Our windows look great. We will use Pella again.
We needed to replace very old leaky windows. Pella came highly recommended and our rep Joe Franco was easy to work with. They were very responsive and the installation team did an excellent job. Prompt, professional and very thorough. Our house is now sealed up thighs, what a difference! We will be calling Pella for our next project.
We have worked with Joe on several projects including windows, patio doors and entry door. He is great at making suggestions and listening to his customers regarding price points and making final selections. We couldn't agree on the style of the entry door and Joe was able to listen to both us and came up with a design that was a win/win for both of us. Highly recommended Joe and Pella products!

I obtained bids to replace/install new doors, main front door and front 'mudroom' door. Sam met with me and reviewed, in great detail, the products, process and general information. The impressive presentation prompted me to sign a contract, give a deposit and set an appt. Sam provided important updates! The day of install was a cold early winter day and the 2 men installing the doors came prepared. They were both friendly, efficient and took great care of my home. Their work was amazing. Not only are the doors beautiful but their workmanship was outstanding. Pella has my highest recommendation....

My salesman was Brock a very pleasant young man with A very likely personality and great sales approach did no trash talking of any other companies just spoke of how good their product was, which I was impressed with other pitches. I’ve gotten have been sales bashes on other companies Inferior products Do not rush me to make any decisions which led me to the only decision to make. I signed the paper papers on site to get on my windows and doors Can’t wait to work with Pella
Our initial meeting with Brock was great! He is very knowledgeable about all of the Pella window and door options. He walked us through what would work for our home. Selections were shared based on our existing finishes to help match our home. On top of being knowledgeable Brock took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend having Brock help with your window and door needs.
I just completed a replacement of ALL of the windows in my house. Joe was my Pella sales rep and was awesome to work with, very professional! He helped me design my dream windows for my forever home. He was very patient with me when I wanted information on different options. The installers were absolute craftsmen. I was very impressed with how they managed to trim out the windows in my over 60 year old house. I almost wish I needed more windows installed, everyone has been great to work with! Will definitely be recommending Pella to my friends.

We are writing to express our appreciation for all the help Nicole Williams provided with the replacement of our front door. Her expertise, enthusiasm and sincerity helped to make us happy and loyal customers of Pella. From the outset, Nicole demonstrated she was knowledgeable about the special needs of our project. We met with Cody about window replacement. Cody was excellent, answered all of our questions about window replacement, he demonstrated the glass and energy efficiency levels. The installation went very smoothly, Keegan and Anders were excellent installers, kept us informed throughout the installation process, it went very smoothly, and was completed on time. I highly recommend Pella windows.
Tim was great during our appointment. Friendly and informative. He was very helpful in providing information so we could make the best decision for our home. Would highly recommend. We were able to take advantage of their year end deals and get financing for 0% interest.

Nicole Williams has gone above and beyond with her help as we navigate getting replacement Pella patio doors and windows. She came to our home, took measurements, and went over all the details. She immediately provided us with written quotes. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and we feel very fortunate that she was the person chosen to work with us.
