BROOKFIELD
I’m a tough customer. I do a lot of research to get to my decision. Curt came to give me information on Pella and quote a replacement patio door. He spent a good amount of time covering features and benefits. When he gave me the final number, I thought to myself, that’s crazy. Well after experiencing 3 other competitors, there is a Pella patio door in my house. Installation went well. It needed a couple adjustments. They sent a person out and within a half hour everything was done. Truly a great experience!
Jake was a very thorough salesman, helped me to pick out the correct door for my opening. The installation went well however there were some issues with the door which required two additional service appointments. Installation and service appointments were on time and very professional. I would recommend Jake Nelson and his team. I love my new patio door.
I visited the Pella showroom and was interested in a patio door and some windows. Mary Anderson was very engaging, helpful and attentive. She showed me several options, based on what I told her I was looking for and gave me things to think about. I set up an appointment. Joe Franco is my sales consultant. He was awesome! He was very thorough and asked a number of questions to make sure I will get the patio door and windows that I have waited so long for. He suggested colors for the exterior and a wood finish for the interior...

We've had our Pella patio door for about a year and we couldn't be happier. We're so impressed with the whole process from the initial appointment through install, even customer service that we've decided to order some windows. Tim M, our salesman is fantastic to work with, and we recommend him to anyone looking to purchase new windows or doors.
We had a sliding patio door replaced by Pella and the experience was wonderful. All options were explained thoroughly and we did not feel pushed or rushed to make any decision. Our sales consultant, Joe Franco, was one of the main reason that we decided to move forward with Pella. Installation was great and professional. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are now starting work on a second project with Pella!

Thank you Ryan P for your great customer service. Your professionalism was amazing, you explained everything along with providing the best options for our new window. You also followed up to make sure everything was on track. After our window was installed you followed up again including sending pictures of our installed window. The installers also did a fantastic job! I definitely would recommend Pella windows and will be using Ryan with any future jobs and referring him to family and friends! Thank you Ryan, the installers and Pella windows for your outstanding customer service!
Cody is an excellent representative for Pella. He was polite, personable, and professional. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and patient while we went through all of the color/style options on his tablet.

Our representative, Cody Grant, demonstrated thorough knowledge, expertise and professionalism, and made the entire process smooth and easy for us. Cody‘s overall performance reflects great credit on himself and Pella as a whole, and we would definitely recommend Pella to anyone considering residential replacement windows. My first experience with Pella and Cody Grant was amazing. He took the time to answer all our questions about a new front door and many windows. The software they have to show you what your house would look like with Pella products was really amazing. I would recommend Cody Grant for your consult on new windows and doors.
Ryan was great. He took the time to show us many different variations of doors and colors on our home to help us pick out our new door. The install crew was also great. They were respectful of our home and did a great job. We were very happy with our entire Pella experience.
MADISON
Pella was really easy to work with. Nicole came out to measure and discuss options. She was great at reviewing the options and provided us a quote right there. Pella took care of everything from window purchase to contracting to pulling permits to install. All I had to do was pick out the window and they did the rest.
Nicole was fantastic to work with in the purchase of our new windows and sliding glass door. She answered all our questions, was attentive to detail and kindly followed up the end of the install day. The installation team was great! Fast, draped all the floors with tarps, excellent cleanup when done and did a great job. Our new windows and door are everything we’d hoped for and more! So happy we went with Pella!!! Amazing from beginning to end 🙂
Nicole was very informative, kind, and thorough. We chose to replace our large front window and our bedroom window. Payment was easy - lots of options, too. We also purchased a Pella door a few years ago and really like it. No issues and it looks great!
This morning I stopped by the Pella location in Madison with a window screen problem. I am delighted to report the help and the service was beyond my expectations. Gavin, Patrick and Pete all responded promptly and Pete was at my door steps a few minutes later to help. It is refreshing to experience such a level of care and concern. Nicole Williams at Madison Pella went out of her way to help us understand our many choices in window styles and features. When we were about to order from a different window company, we recognizes differences - based on our general design help from Nicole. It wasn’t hard to decide to go back to Pella! The new windows look much, much larger, because their trim is several inches thinner. And the locking and control features are great! ALSO, Nicole and one of Pella’s master carpenters work through some design challenges with an old Bay window.
