BROOKFIELD
Randy was excellent! He was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain all of the options available and was not pushy at all. We’d highly recommend Randy and Pella to anyone needing replacement windows and doors.
Very happy with my Pella door installation. I worked with Michael to purchase the door; he spent time making sure we selected a door that met all my needs. And then I also had a great experience working with Kyle on the installation. Both were very professional and prompt in communicating. Will definitely go to Pella for future door and window needs.
I am very impressed with the consultation we received from Joe Franco. I wanted to expand the windows in our kitchen so we could get a better view of the lake. Joe took the time to go over the various options - from the simple cost-effective way or more complex, customized, and “wow” factor approach. He thoroughly explained what Pella could do and recommended great installation/building partners. Overall, I truly appreciated Joe sharing his knowledge and expertise so we could make an informed decision.
I’m a tough customer. I do a lot of research to get to my decision. Curt came to give me information on Pella and quote a replacement patio door. He spent a good amount of time covering features and benefits. When he gave me the final number, I thought to myself, that’s crazy. Well after experiencing 3 other competitors, there is a Pella patio door in my house. Installation went well. It needed a couple adjustments. They sent a person out and within a half hour everything was done. Truly a great experience!
Jake was a very thorough salesman, helped me to pick out the correct door for my opening. The installation went well however there were some issues with the door which required two additional service appointments. Installation and service appointments were on time and very professional. I would recommend Jake Nelson and his team. I love my new patio door.
GREEN BAY
Cody is awesome to work with! Extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions. He explained everything in great detail and showed us sample windows and videos. Very prompt and it's good to know he's with us from start to finish with our window project. He/Pella has earned our trust!
Ryan came out and did a great job walking through the options and helping us understand the whole window buying and installation process. We got quote and financing information during the visit. Ryan was clear about our options but we did not feel pressured to decide this moment which is a big deal for us. Overall had a great experience and got all the info we were looking for in one visit.
Sam was wonderful to work with. He was super friendly and very down to earth and also very honest with us. What we had in mind as a “this all needs to be done at once” he turned around and presented it as a “not necessarily”, even to the detriment of his commission. No one wants to replace windows, but if you’re looking to I would highly recommend giving Pella a call and asking for Sam to quote your project!
Sam was very informative and pleasant to meet with today, we appreciated his no pressure presentation we also appreciated his willingness to answer all of our questions. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking of replacing their windows to give Pella a call!
Pella is wonderful to work with. Joe Franco did an exceptional job for my mom. Went above and beyond to explain the process to her. Thanks Joe! Highly recommend.
MADISON
I live in a second floor Condo and needed my windows replaced. Steve came to do the initial consultation and treated me and my 93 year old father with respect and spent a lot of time looking at the 5 windows that needed replacement and educating us. I did my diligence and got multiple bids. While the Pella bid was not the lowest in dollar amount ultimately we went with Pella based on the professionalism and respect Steve treated us with and the comprehensiveness of the bid. We had our windows installed by Pella through out our home. Joe Franco was our salesman and did such an amazing job at explaining things and giving us information. The windows turned out great! We would highly recommend Pella windows and especially, Joe Franco as the sales associate.
Pella was really easy to work with. Nicole came out to measure and discuss options. She was great at reviewing the options and provided us a quote right there. Pella took care of everything from window purchase to contracting to pulling permits to install. All I had to do was pick out the window and they did the rest.
Nicole was fantastic to work with in the purchase of our new windows and sliding glass door. She answered all our questions, was attentive to detail and kindly followed up the end of the install day. The installation team was great! Fast, draped all the floors with tarps, excellent cleanup when done and did a great job. Our new windows and door are everything we’d hoped for and more! So happy we went with Pella!!! Amazing from beginning to end 🙂
